AddPac AP-IVR1000 smart IVR (Interactive Voice Response) interworks with IP-PBX, VoIP gateway, and IP phones to perform an independent IVR function. A structure is designed to be used independently by interworking with AddPac IP-PBX solution to provide in government, public office, and enterprise environment. It is composed of two ports 10/100/1000 Mbps Gigabit interface, DSP module (option) for voice codec support, and two IDE type 3.5 inch HDD module slots. It is a network IVR server device for RAID1 hard disk redundancy configuration.
IP based voice communication is growing fast as a substitution of existing PSTN phone network in accordance with fast network BcN (Broadband Convergence Network) such as ADSL, VDSL, and FTTH.
PSTN network and All-IP based internet VoIP network coexists and developing as BcN (Broadband convergence Network) gradually.
The demand of IVR solution has been increasing in both PSTN network and internet network. The next generation IVR server solution is designed to consider the scalability of functions in accordance with the development of network. AddPac network IVR server solution is the next generation IVR server solution which support total IVR service architecture in BcN (Broadband convergence Network) IP integrated network along with various AddPac devices such as analog/digital VoIP gateway, IP phones, video phone, and IP-PBX.
Embedded Type Network IVR Server
AddPac AP-IVR1000 network IVR server supports network based IVR service with combination of high performance CPU module and embedded OS/hardware. It supports high performance embedded RISC processor and stabilized embedded OS to optimize the level of performance and efficiency. A hard disk supports IDE type and RAID1 configuration for hard disk redundancy. Also it supports push button type Hot-Swap key for replacing hard disk while providing service.
IVR Function and IVR Scenario Editor
AddPac IVR server supports Addpac IP telephony solution interworking service, SIP, H.323, and VoIP signaling. A user may setup IVR configuration in person with VXML based Smart IVR scenario editor program. It also supports multiple conference IVR scenario as well as scheduled scenario function.
Firmware Upgradeable Hardware Architecture
AddPac AP-IVR1000 high performance RISC module is a programmable structure so that it is capable of improving functions, altering, and adding new features constantly. When additional features or changes are needed, simply download from the homepage or setting an auto upgrade option. You may use the latest features without much effort.
DSP Module (Option) for Multi Voice Codec Support
AddPac IVR server supports high quality IVR service by using the state-of-the-art DSP. AddPac IVR server uses G.711 codec to transmit the RTP stream to the IP end-point (VoIP gateway, IP Phone, etc). It not only supports basic voice codec (G.711), but also support G.729 for low bit rate VoIP codec
